Place Dynamics turns information into strategy. We are experts at the collection and analysis of
market intelligence used to advise our clients on real estate development, land use, economic
development, and business development issues. Our staff bring decades of experience in fields
including economic development, community planning, and market analysis.

Established in 2005, Place Dynamics is based in the Milwaukee region with a branch office in
Denver. We serve state and local governments, non-profit organizations, and for-profit businesses
throughout the United States and Canada. We draw on the talents of a number of associates with
technical expertise, and frequently perform as a subcontractor offering specialized knowledge to
engineers, attorneys, and other professional service providers.

Formed as a limited liability company, Place Dynamics is federally certified as a veteran-owned
small business.
