(summary) Sustainable Economic Vitality Plan - Boulder, Colorado Coordinating the efforts of many public and private partners, the plan identifies more than 40 strategies to promote sustainable economic development. (summary) INDUSTRIAL PARK FEASIBILITY AND DESIGN Webster County Ag-Industrial Center - Fort Dodge, Iowa At 1800 acres, this park is targeted to heavy industry related to agricultural processing and bio-chemicals. The plan addresses siting, market feasibility, infrastructure needs, conceptual design, costs, and implementation. (summary) 124th Street & Lisbon Road - Brookfield, Wisconsin This plan addresses strategies to restore vitality to an aging industrial district. (summary) Williams Industrial Park - Hamilton County, Iowa A siting study, market feasibility, and conceptual design were included in the plan for this rural industrial park. (summary) MARKET RESEARCH AND STRATEGIES Retail Strategy - Jamestown, North Dakota Although focused on the downtown, the retail strategy recognizes the need to enhance the city's primary commercial center in order to keep consumers from leaving the trade area. (summary) Hotel Feasibility Analysis - Point Coupee Parish, Louisiana The study establishes the market potential and recommends alternative sites for a new hotel. (summary) Downtown Plan - Appleton, Wisconsin The Downtown Plan seeks to capitalize on a decade of growth, creating new opportunities for retail and entertainment, ans spurring redevelopment adjacent to the urban core. (summary) Downtown Plan - Mazomanie, Wisconsin Recommendations in the plan have transformed the sleepy downtown into a notable destination for arts and specialty shops. (summary) COMMUNITY PLANNING Comprehensive Plan - Appleton, Wisconsin Culminating three years of effort, the plan will guide future growth and investment in the community, and policies related to land use, utilities and community facilities, transportation, economic development, natural resources, housing and neighborhoods, and parks.
